  • What payment methods do you accept?

    GemRoots accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash Card, Mobile Payment, UPI, and Cash on Delivery..

  • Which type of Debit Card/Credit Card do you accept?

    For Cards issued in India, we support Visa, American Express, Diner's Club, and JCB Cards, through RazorPay Payment Gateway. For cards issued outside India, we support all of them through our PayPal payment gateways.

  • Which bank do you support for NetBanking?

  • Do you offer a COD facility?

    Yes, we offer a COD facility. We offer a COD option above INR 15000.

  • Do you support UPI Payment?

    Yes, we do support UPI Payment. While shopping online, users can pay through UPI when UPI is available as a payment option. Users will need to enter his/her (VPA) Virtual Payment Address (xyz@upi), Subsequently, the user will receive a collect request on the BHIM app. The user is just required to enter the UPI-PIN to complete the payment. All payments are instant and 24/7, regardless of the bank's working hours.

  • How will the customer be informed/notified about the successful transaction?

    After a successful transaction, the customer will receive a confirmation email on their registered email address.

  • What should the customer do if the transaction has failed?

    If the transaction has failed, then the customer will get the refund within 24 - 48 hours. You can also email us at info@gemsroot.com or call us at 0124 4957165.

  • What happens if the customer’s account has been debited and the merchant has not received the payment?

    If the customer has made the payment and the merchant has not received the payment, then the customer can share the transaction details with us at info@gemsroot.com or call us at +91 123 456 7890.

  • Do you have an option of Western Union transfer?

    No, we do not have an option of Western Union Transfer.

  • Do you offer an EMI facility?

    No, we do not offer EMI facilities.

  • Can I get a custom jewellery design made for my gemstone?

    Yes, you can get a custom jewelry design made for your gemstone. However, the cost of custom jewelry should be above INR 40,000 ($ 540). Also, it depends on the design as certain designs are not possible to make by hand, or cannot be made within the price that we display for the other designs. To have better clarity, please email us your design and gemstone details before you place your order, and our customer support team will respond to you after reviewing internally if the design can be made. We try our very best to accommodate your request. Do note however that certain designs can incur an additional fee for making the jewelry, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • How much time does it take to dispatch a loose gemstone?

    For metro cities, courier companies typically take up to 1 to 3 days to deliver the product and for non-metro cities, it will take 4 to 7 days to deliver the product from the date it is dispatched. However, if you are taking pooja energization service or paid certification, then it can take additional 2-5 days to deliver the product based on the service or certificate you choose.

  • How do I see my orders and order status?

    In order to see your order and order status, the first and foremost thing is to login into your GemsRoot account. Go to the My Account section and you will see your order details under the Order tab.OR You can also chat with us to know order status.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once the order is shipped, you will get a mail from our team in which the order tracking id and web link are mentioned. You can track your shipment online from the given link and tracking id. Also, you will get timely notifications on your registered email address regarding your order.

  • What is Cash on Delivery?

    Cash on Delivery means that you will pay the courier person in Cash when your order reaches you, and not at the time of placing the order.

  • How many days does it take to deliver the order?

    Cash on Delivery takes the same number of days to deliver as a typical normal courier. For metros, courier companies typically take 1 to 3 days to deliver the product from the date dispatched. For non-metros, courier companies typically take 4 to 7 days to deliver the product from the date it is dispatched.
