• Delivery of loose gemstones with certificates takes 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch
• Delivery of custom jewelry or/with lab certificates takes 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch
• Express shipping can take up to 4-7 business days to deliver from the date of dispatch
• Postal shipping takes 10-15 business days to deliver from the dispatch date
• International orders are shipped through reputed partners like Aramex, FedEx, etc.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on loose gemstone orders above INR 5000/-
• No COD is available on gemstone jewelry orders
• Cash on delivery option is unavailable on International orders
