Parineeti Chopra's Wedding Jewellery: A Closer Look

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are officially now Mr and Mrs. The gorgeous and lovely couple tied the knot at the Leela Palace, Udaipur, on Sunday, 24th September. The newlyweds announced the beginning of their forever on Instagram with a wholesome caption and mesmerizing pictures from the ceremony. They look straight out of a fairytale, and we cannot stop gushing over their stunning outfits, especially Parineeti's wedding jewellery!

But first, her wedding ceremony outfit. The Bollywood actress was a Manish Malhotra bride and wore a muted gold lehenga from his bridal collection. It was hand embroidered with gold threads featuring intricate Nakshi work, metal sequins and linear geometric motifs. It took over 2,500 hours to make. Her mesh blouse and tulle veil featured a pearl border with the groom's name, Raghav, embellished on the veil using badla work from Zardozi.

Now, coming to what's grabbing the most attention, Chopra's wedding bridal jewellery set. She wore a tiered necklace paired with stud earrings, maang tikka, haathphool, lehenga latkans, pink chooda, bespoke gold kaleeras and her solitaire ring. Everything complimented each other perfectly. The Kundan wedding jewellery set, including the uncut emeralds and diamonds necklace, stud earrings, maang tika and haathphool, were all from Manish Malhotra's high jewellery collection.

Designer Manish Malhotra took to Instagram to share deets about Parineeti's jewellery set for wedding. The showstopping neckpiece is called the "The Aaira Necklace", and it's studded with precious Russian and Zambian emerald's . The maang tikka on her head was crafted with Russian emerald and encrusted with Mozambique rubies . Her haathphool comprised diamonds and Russian emeralds. All the shades of green, gold, and white came together beautifully.

Finally, let's not forget the groom, Raghav Chadha. He looked stylish in his ivory-colored sherwani set, beige safa, embroidered stole and tan mojaris. He accessorized his outfit by wearing his wedding ring, a multi-layered pearl  necklace, and a sleek watch. Interestingly, his sherwani was designed by designer Pawan Sachdeva, who also happens to be Raghav's maternal uncle. The whole essence of the couple's wedding was subtle, sophisticated, and simply stunning.
